Arthue wirh Nine Lions Mibile Car & Truck Wash was incredibly nice & respectful! He took his time working on our vehicles & they looked amazing! My truck looked like i just picked it up from the dealership. Very clean, smelled great & the shine on the outside was perfect! We will definitely use this company again & will be telling all my family & friends!

I'll let the photos speak for themselves. On 8/5/2026, Arthur quoted me $200 for a full detail, and I agreed. When he asked me to inspect the vehicle, I found dirt still around the windows, door jambs, weather stripping, interior trim, cup holders, and other areas. The wheels were still dirty, and no tire shine was applied. I had to point out numerous areas that had been missed, which I wouldn't expect after paying for a professional detail. When he told me the job was complete, I still wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work. We couldn't agree on what was a fair price based on the condition of the vehicle. Instead of trying to resolve the disagreement professionally, he called the police over what was ultimately a civil dispute about payment. That wasted everyone's time and turned a customer service issue into something it never should have been. Based on the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled, I would not trust him with any of my vehicles again. The photos show exactly why.

Car looks amazing! Very happy with their work! In fact everyone at work that had theirs done was. Make sure you ask what’s included in your package. I got a full detail and I guess that doesn’t include the trunk.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, I really don’t. The technician had great communication and was on time; he was a nice guy. I had just bought my vehicle used, and it was very dirty. I first washed it and ran a vacuum through it, out of courtesy. The charge went from 225 on the phone to 280 in person. I gave him 300, again, out of courtesy. I had to go to work and left. I trusted the car would look good. Live and learn… 300 is a lot, but I expected a lot. Bottom line, my idea of a $300 detail job and this company‘s idea of a $300 detail job are two different things. My first stop after the detail was AutoZone to spend some more money on cleaning supplies to finish it. The steering wheel and column was still dirty, the center console pad was completely black with dirt. The very back section needed to be vacuumed again. The windows were not really clean. Not even a little tire gloss. This place has good reviews and you might have better luck, who knows.
